They Say It’s Not Good To Have A Fast Weight Loss

They tell you a healthy weight loss is when you loose slowly.  That may be true, but I still wanted a fast weight loss, and I got it.  I was able to loose weight fast and still make sure I stayed on a balanced low cal diet plan.  I worked out at the gym three times a week and I really think that had a lot to do with my fast weight lose.  Want to know how to lose weight fast?  You workat it real hard, like I did.
