Effectiveness of weight loss products?

Can weight loss products help?  I have dysfunctional kidneys, so I probably won’t use a weight loss product, but my daughter used this herbal weight loss product that worked wonders.  I figured… natural weight loss products MUST be pretty safe right?  I see them up there on the top weight loss products lists…
